Description
The City of San Diego is developing a Building Decarbonization Roadmap to support decarbonization the existing building stock. The Roadmap builds off the Building Housing Stock Analysis and will identify programs, regulatory and policy options, incentives, and other tools that support the City’s building decarbonization targets. The Roadmap will also include engagement and collaboration opportunities with Communities of Concern and other external stakeholders.
The City of San Diego has already begun work on its Building Decarbonization Roadmap by completing initial assessments of opportunities of its existing building stock which can be found in the Building Housing Stock Analysis report and an electrification feasibility study.
