Amend the land development code to establish parking maximum requirements for use types and locations where appropriate
(Full action name in the CAP)

In addition to the zero minimum parking space requirement in TPAs (see MLU-3.6b), a maximum parking ratio of 1.0 space per unit was adopted for multi-family residential development in Downtown.
