Clean Energy - Eligible customers enrolled in San Diego Community Power

This indicator tracks the total percentage of eligible customers (residential, commercial, and industrial) that have enrolled in San Diego Community Power (SDCP), a community-driven, not-for-profit public agency providing cleaner energy to the San Diego region. The City's goal is that 100% of eligible customers choose SDCP as their energy service provider. The "total" line (in red) is a percentage calculated from the total number of customers (residential, commercial, and industrial).
