Increase number of trash and recycling receptacles in pedestrian corridors/Transit Priority Areas

The Citywide Street Litter Program is currently being reviewed, and a pilot using container fullness sensors is underway. Policy is under development to ensure equity for all communities and move toward pairing trash and recycling litter containers, and the City is researching grant funding for the purchase of containers.
