Introduction
This measure aims to reduce traffic congestion and environmental impacts by altering travel behavior associated with jobs and education. The actions are divided below into two categories: SD Access 4 All and Transportation Demand Management (TDM) policies.
SD Access 4 All is a comprehensive City program intended to close the digital divide and make remote work or study options accessible to all San Diegans. To explore all that the program has to offer, please visit the SD Access 4 All website. Select the "SD Access 4 All" card below to track the progress of some of the actions behind the program.
TDM policies typically involve a combination of regulations, incentives, and public awareness campaigns to encourage sustainable transportation choices. Information about current regional policies and programs can be found on the Planning Department's website. Select the "TDM Policies" card below to track the progress of policy development in this space.
