Include audible pedestrian signals at all signal-controlled crosswalks
(Full action name in the CAP)

Audible pedestrian signals are not currently identified as standard equipment (per the Greenbook and Whitebook specifications for public works construction). Because of that, installation of those signals are subject to site evaluation, and are not automatically installed at all locations.
