Description

Blueprint SD is a refresh to the City’s General Plan 2024 and includes an updated Mobility Element that includes a Complete Streets policy. Click each link to learn more about the Complete Streets Policy within the Mobility Element amendment to the General Plan adopted on July 23, 2024.
