Description
Currently, the City of San Diego requires that some development projects have Transportation Demand Management (TDM) plans. These projects are determined by Parking Standards Transit Priority Area Regulations (San Diego Municipal Code Section 142.0528), the CAP Consistency Checklist, or the Complete Communities: Mobility Choices Ordinance (San Diego Municipal Code Sections 143.1101, 143.1102, and 143.1103).
